Mr. Salam is the Group Chairman and also founder/chairman of other ventures under Manami Group. He is also the proud founder/owner of ‘MV Manami’ – the leading passenger river vessel in IWT sector in Bangladesh. He is a strong believer of hard work, determination and perseverance to deal with and win over challenges. Mr. Salam is confident with experienced and skillful team members of Manami Group to expand its business activities which can be contributed to government’s revenue generation and job creation. He brings years of experiences through his business career and offers immense support to achieve the group’s strategic goals.

Outside of Mr. Salam’s business world, he also likes to extend his helping hand for people in need. He has therefore been involved in various charitable activities. He enjoys travelling and socialising and also is an avid chess player
